Frequently Asked Questions

How long is the program?

Our program runs year long and bills monthly.

Is there an end of the year performance?

Yes. In June, during the week of your last class, we hold our “End of the Year Show,” which features our students in Pre-K all the way through competitive gymnasts. Each child receives a medal for their hard work throughout the year.

What if I miss a class?

There are no make-up classes, so you will just miss that class for the month.

When do I make tuition payments?

Tuition is automatically charged to your card on file on the 25th of the previous month. If you would rather make a payment using an alternate method, make the payment before the 25th of the previous month.

Do I need to re-enroll at the end of each month?

Each student’s spot will be saved in their current class up until the 15th prior to the next month. When your card on file is automatically charged, you will be automatically re-enrolled. If you don’t pay your child’s tuition, your spot will no longer be held.

Do I need to wait for the beginning of a new month to start classes?

You may start classes at any time and we will prorate tuition upon request.

What should I wear?

Girls should wear leotards with their hair tied back. No jewelry, tights or socks. Sports bras as a top are not acceptable attire.

Boys should wear gym shorts and a t-shirt. No socks. Clothing must cover the torso.

Ninja class attire is athletic style clothing: sweatpants, shorts, t-shirts. Clean, dry, rubber sole sneakers. No slip-ons.

Can I watch class?

Yes! We have a comfortable viewing area for you to see what your child is learning.

How do I discontinue my enrollment in a class?

Please notify the front office in writing, through email or the customer portal, by the 20th of the month before.

Is there an annual registration fee?

No!

How does a Trial Class work?

You can come to class to try it out, and at the end of the class stop by the front desk to let us know if you would like to continue. If you enjoyed the class and decide to continue, then you pay for the trial class and the remainder of the month, or next month.
